My team develops how amazon works in the future. We develop our internal workflow of goods for all buildings world-wide. This includes all value streams from vendor delivery until the customer. It further includes labor management and -planning. My team combines the virtual world of how an order flows through our systems with the operations teams on-site and our associates. From automation projects of how we receive items automatically in the future and solutions without touching a product until we pack it for our customer. My main focus though will always be the people I work with, I am dedicated to develop and motivate my team and lead them to great results.

Subject Matter Expert for Pack, Pick and Reverse Logistics with project management focus and proven savings of $10M+ pa. I launched 17 new fulfillment centers as technical expert for all processes. My main focus was software development (front- and back-end) for new businesses such as robotics and continuous improvement projects aiming to reduce CAPEX and OPEX cost.

I was a selected expatriate for the PL country launch where we launched 3 buildings at a time. My responsibility was to train the whole Outbound Management in a 5 Month period in NA. I developed 43 Managers and enabled them to run their shift. I personally took over the most crucial shift for the building with 1200 AA rolling up to me through 6 direct management level reports. We achieved 65 days after launch a record breaking 500.000 units shipped in a single day. Till today this is the steepest ramp up of volume in amazon history.

I learned the core on the floor, front-line management of our fulfillment center. 120 associates rolling up directly to me. I made my first steps in project management and Kaizen and developed a solution for more sustainable packaging of shoes out of our FC.
