The solution consist of a client oversight portal, an user interface where client oversight teams would track and take actions on transactions and an Investment Manager portal, allowing managers in, almost real time, to track portfolio performances, overdraft accounts and cash forecast. Multiple API connections and bespoke files transmitted direct to the client. Agreed scope and produced business requirements in conjunction with the client. Performed multiple roles, including Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Project Manager. Collaborated with various stakeholders to conceive, implement, and go live. Created handover documentation including "How-To's", new feature training, quiz-style workbooks, and documented procedure/process changes.
