Field Service Administrator

- Manage field service technician schedule in regards to field service jobs, trainings, service reports, PM reports, IR reports- Manage Service Scheduling Software- Monitor Service Phone extension and email. Respond to and maintain contact with customers as inquiries present themselves- Create Service Orders (Jobs) as needed- Manage and Maintain Field Service Parts Inventory- Order any parts as needed for specific jobs- Manage Field Tech training in regards to OSHA/NFPA/LOTO- Manage Field Tech training on OEM VFDs to stay current for warranty approval- Handle warranty replacement parts returns to manufacturer- Handle Inside Sales for parts, etc. as needed- Prepare Service Contracts for Sales Account Manager- Research parts and prepare Quotes/Estimates for any work identified by technicians (retrofits, repairs, etc)- Analyze past service agreements to maintain profitability for future contracts- Contact customers to schedule requested or required work- Maintain Tech Utilization Spreadsheet to determine workflow is appropriate for number of techs- Identify any new potential opportunities and work with Sales to capitalize- Supply customer with Field Service Report for any work completed- Process Service Orders/Jobs through Infor software and generate accurate invoicing for customer- Maintain positive relationships with customer accounts and provide support as needed- Promote DTECH Field Service Opportunities where needed
