Part of the newly organized Wellhead Proposal Team with the goal of reviving Cameron’s Wellhead business and strengthening its market share position. With Plant Manager and Project Manager experience, was assigned the team lead for BTO equipment. Additional responsibilities included creating Project Execution Strategies for all of the Wellhead Proposals our team created. Working together with Cameron and Sub-Contract manufacturing provided the most accurate and cost competitive solutions for customers and maintained timely proposal turnaround time. The Cameron Surface Division relied on the Wellhead proposal team for its BTO equipment proposal requirements which bolstered proposal win ratio to nearly 25%.

With five years as Plant Manager requested reassignment to the Cameron Mid-Stream and Wellhead Project Management group. Focused and showcased proven expertise managing projects and customer experience knowledge. Developed the Mid-Stream and Wellhead Project Management metric analysis database. This tool was used by Project Team Members, Division Management, Proposal Team Members and the Finance Division providing real time Project Statistics for all of the Mid-Stream and Wellhead Projects. The database was updated on a daily basis and used to report and forecast each project through its life cycle. Project on delivery always exceeded Cameron’s 90% goal. The project on cost execution and forecast were accurate and within Cameron’s budgeted goals. Any variances were always reported timely with corrective action plans in place and documented. Projects were managed through order entry, procurement, manufacturing, and customer acceptance providing an experience that was rewarding for both Cameron and Customer’s.

Managed an effective organization (250 employees at peak) through selection, training, motivation and compensation of all personnel. Maintained production plans by establishing priorities and monitoring progress and resolving problems. Prepared facility trend reports and presented them to management weekly, monthly and quarterly. Responsible for ($27) Million Annual Budget absorbed by (30,000) Direct Labor Hours per month. The facility rest on (45)Acres with (130,000)Square Feet manufacturing space under roof and at the manufacturing peak we ran (40,000)Direct Labor Hours monthly and averaged over ($5)Million revenue during these peak months. In 2010 the facility received the Platinum Citadel Award for HSE Excellence and achieved (4.3)Million Man Hours worked without a lost time incident.

At Natco/Cameron lead as the Project Engineer for the team. Managed the projects for high profile customers BP, Anadarko Petroleum, Marathon, Sigma Petroleum and Yick Cheong Petrotech. Developed a suite of equipment for customers that would best manage their demanding production requirements. Over these four years delivered hundreds of gas/oil/water processing packages and well testing equipment. Maintained detailed production plans to meet these requirements timely and within budget. As lead Project Engineer occupied the Drafting Deliverables Audit function as engineering manager as well as mentor to incoming Project Engineers.

Responsible for the design process, cost estimate, writing the quote and submitting to the customer. Upon order receipt and responsible for creating the drafting deliverables and submitting bill of materials for purchasing. Assigned the projects for Halliburton, DCP, BP and other high profile customers. Responsible for running the ASME Code Calculations using the Codeware Compress software and other internal calculation forms. Monitored purchasing and operating conditions to maintain a manufacturing schedule that would meet customer requirements. Helped direct manufacturing in the execution of their responsibilities to ensure meeting the project expectations safely and timely. Ran projects within budget and maintained successful on time delivery.
