Responsible for development, test and deployment of the Microsoft Sharepoint delivery for IKEA Inside, News and Workspaces (the IKEA Intranet).Multi cultural decentralized team with around 20 members which consists of Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Release Management located in Sweden, Germany, UK and India.Implemented an Agile way of work with contiunous development, test, demos and monthly deploys to production.

SCRUM based project (STMS) were IKEA globally implemented Oracle Transport Management (OTM). Scrum Master for the Integration Team. We where responsible for delivering integrations between OTM and IKEA's legacy world in the most efficient way based on Oracle Fusion Middleware technology (SOA, AIA, ODI etc). The Scrum Team consisted of 8 resources (developers and architects).Scrum Master for the Legacy Team. The team was responsible for requirements, specifications, test and go‐live of integrations to around 20 legacy systems (to and from OTM). In addition to the Scrum Master role I was responsible for 13 legacy systems when it came to follow up, planning, stakeholder management etc. The Scrum Team consisted of 9 resources (architects and testers).

The Swedish Enforcement Authority handles the collection of debt when bills are not successfully paid. To handle these processes they are using E‐Business Suite R12. The responsibilities in the project was to develop different customizations using SOA Gateway, BI Publisher, OAF, Forms, PL/SQL etc.

Solve issues in the E-Business Suite modules Field Service, Service Contracts and Installed Base. Main work was done in OA Framework and PL/SQL.Help ISS to design the integration strategy and solution in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with the new built in module Integrated SOA Gateway. The project included proof of concept, problem solving and design.

Project to investigate how the customer could upgrade their current E-Business Suite version 11.5.10 to release 12. Responsibilities included:- Categorize and estimate the customer’s +700 customizations and integrations.- Recommend how to implement release 12 in the best possible way from a technical perspective.

In this first R12 upgrade project in Sweden the main responsibilities were to make the 150+ customizations work in the new upgraded environment. Customizations were made in integrations, database objects, forms, reports and java based objects.

The Swedish state owned pharmacy chose to implement Oracle Retail in all their new shops. The integrations to the forecast system (Demantra) was made through AIA and ODI. We read and delivered XML files to the integration platform.
