My job at Qite is to build a QA team. This includes:* Creating templates for test scenarios* Designing a Jira QA project with releases, epics, stories, and sprints* Creating a repository and its workflow.* Determining test priorities based on a risk analysis.* Consulting on testing best practices (TDD, unit tests, testing pyramid)* Setting up the projects (e.g., Node js) for automated UI & API testing, determining which frameworks and libraries will be used(WDIO, Selenium, Mocha, Chai, Supertest, Knex, JSdoc, Cross-env)—and curating the formatting rules.* Writing automation tests & scripts.* Integrate the test projects with the current CI/CD pipeline* Setting up the environment to host graphical reports of the test results (Allure reporting)* Developing a QA environment with, among other things, a database that is deployed again after each test.

My first task is to design the software development & software quality standards and ensure the development team adheres to these guidelines.My secondary task is to establish QA processes and methodologies, such as a risk assessment analysis, a test priority plan, and test scenarios. Building and maintaining a test environment is another of my responsibilities.Once the software has passed the validation process, I approve it for release into production.Additional to quality assurance, I'm the administrator for the development tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Gitlab.
