I believe that my career is inseparable from my continuous pursuit of learning and my actions to enrich myself. I graduated from Stockholm Business School in 2010 with an MBA. This learning experience gave me comprehensive business knowledge and strategic thinking, allowing me to effectively apply theoretical knowledge to practical work.I started my professional journey in Trelleborg Group's Operations department, where as an Operations Specialist I had overall responsibility for ensuring the company's operational processes were efficient and organized, and managing the work of team members. By focusing on process improvement and team management, I successfully improved operational efficiency and received praise from my superiors.In 2014, I got a promotion opportunity and was successfully promoted to operations director. At work, I am not only responsible for daily operations, but also actively participate in strategic planning and formulation of operational strategies. I led the team to complete a series of important projects, which brought significant cost and efficiency improvements to the company by improving supply chain management and improving teamwork effectiveness.In 2020, I was fortunate enough to be promoted to Director of Operations, where I am fully responsible for the company's daily operations and strategic planning. I will continue to work on improving operational efficiency, optimizing the supply chain, managing the team, and contributing to the company's long-term sustainable development.Ultimately, I am a passionate and driven professional who is looking forward to continuing my career within the Trelleborg Group.
