Managing a team of Linux administrators responsible for the Everyone.Net and Proofpoint Enterprise Security SaaS solutions. The team is responsible for thousands of systems delivering many millions of messages per day across two services.-Responsible for an online Software as a Service (SaaS) production environment with more than 3 million end-users, striving for high availability and high uptime.Responsible for a cloud E-Mail Security solution, for Global 1000 companies, filtering over 150 million messages per day.-Managed production network consisting of Cisco switches and routers, F5 load-balancers, and Foundry load-balancers-Managed over 1000 production Linux (CentOS) systems for web and email environment, consisting of Dell servers and blade-servers.-Managed production storage systems consisting of Network Appliance (NetApp) and SGI SAN systems.-Implemented production monitoring of all systems, to provide alerting, trending information and to better plan for capacity.-Assisted in department budgeting, capacity planning, and project execution.-Preformed a new datacenter cage build-out and migration for all systems.-Participated in 24x7 on-call rotation.
