I retired from HP and have worked as a consultant for EMC now and then.

I provide email updates to our membership and maintain the membership list of the chapter. We have over 200 members on our mailing list.

I have "retired" from A2LA to do some travelling for fun with my wife. I had a great time working there and met some incredible people over the years. Thank you A2LA and perhaps I will see you again down the road.

I spent an entire school year teaching AP Java and Intro to Computer science at two different high schools in Vancouver. I had ~ 80 students over this time and it was a wonderful experience. I really learned a lot about how teaching works. I will never underestimate the dedication and perseverance our teachers must employ to do their jobs after this experience. They work extremely hard in their profession.

Successfully designed EMC compliance into over 100 models of inkjet printer that sold in the tens of millions! Took advantage of early retirement incentive in 2012. Will take some time off after 32 continuous years in EMC and Tempest but look for me elsewhere in 2013.

I helped our officer team grow the chapter and made some major membership contributions at the international level to the EMC Society.
