I am looking for a lead embedded/firmware position or other low-level development, ideally in C or C++ (but I have a range of expertise), remote or near Indianapolis, with a driven team of amazing people.Inspired in part by Seth Godin's book Linchpin, and books like Bossidy's Execution, my ideal position would be growing my own team to develop a new product or new facet of an existing product to amaze and delight people and make their lives easier and more enjoyable. I care deeply about "elegant" code and constant refactoring, but I'm also mindful of market share, margin, and the need to be responsive to customers.Talk to me if you want me to build something great with you. I'll work hard for our goals, but I'll want to make the process better too.
