-Assisted in the development and consolidation of data within the Bank’s REO(Real Estate Owned) portfolio.-Facilitated the requisition of documents with Bank’s attorney’s.-Analyzed Property Management reports to allow Senior Management to evaluate the efficiency of various property managers and determine which are most cost effective.-Examined open commercial loans and assembled critical loan documents to secure collateral and cataloged collateral files that were created within excel for ease of access.

• Researched and resolved outstanding monetary differences pertaining to check processing errors and processed adjustments to internal customer accounts.• Followed-up with internal business partners to notify or ensure that reported client issues were resolved.• Identified internal account exceptions (e.g. cashier’s check, money orders, etc) and exported credit exceptions data to Excel worksheet.• Collaborated with regional account officers to contact PVTB clients for reimbursement of outstanding credit exceptions.• Worked with Exceptions Team to manage and update Exceptions spreadsheet.• Provided clerical support to the Research & Adjustments and Exceptions Team.
