I am a highly adaptable, creative, and effective bilingual leader due to 21 years spent residing and working internationally. I passionately manage staff teams and volunteers in fulfilling their mission. I love to solve problems in collaboration with others. My education in the Middle East and engagement with interreligious dialogue in secular post-religious Amsterdam have allowed me to become skilled in communicating with people across varying cultures, faiths, and worldview perspectives. These abilities have served me well in all kinds of life and work situations. I have 11 years experience pastoring cross-culturally, of which thousands of hours were spent in pastoral counseling. I am also able to be present to people from various faith traditions as they process grief, lack of certainty, or difficult life situations. Developing and managing donor relationships and succinctly communicating vision through storytelling are skills I've honed over the years.
