My clinical experience includes nearly 28 years of service in various types of health care organizations, including academic medical centers where I contributed to innovation through collegial collaboration. I have proven project management skills and a solid understanding of operations in the high-revenue divisions of Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Neurointerventional Radiology. I am knowledgeable in heading cath lab capital equipment selection, and clinical application system implementation and support. Previous experience managing with direct reports and serving as a lead technologist at centers across the country has given me a broad perspective on the unique issues that clinical service lines and health care organizations are facing with current reform initiatives. I have many years of proven success in supply chain management, labor union contract negotiations, and ambassadorship. Over six years of managing a mix of radiology, interventional radiology, and cardiovascular cath labs have given me experience managing complex interprofessional staff and dynamic procedural workflows.
