Oversaw Organizational Readiness, Technical Enablement and Training, Development and Implementation Best Practices, Software Configuration Management, Sales Support and Continuous Process Improvement (RUP, EUP, Six Sigma, Agile) for a 200+ person Professional Services Organization producing $40M in annual revenues.• Presented monthly to the CEO and his direct reports.• Defined Strategy, Tactical Plans, and managed Beta Programs covering five products and two major releases. • Product Management Liaison coordinating services, customer and operational feedback into release roadmaps.• Led Data Migration Efforts. Defined approach and execution strategy for migrating large customer databases and applications, involving complex data transformations and aggressive execution timelines.

• Built and managed four development teams delivering multi-platform enterprise solutions, consisting of 30+ onshore, contract and offshore developers. Owned the full lifecycle, including Requirements, Project Management, Development, Quality, Configuration Management, etc.• Launched Offshore Development Model. Directed one of the first teams at S1 to be successful at implementing an offshore development model, including managing vendor relationships, staffing, training, and mentoring. • Established relationships, negotiated contracts, and initiated co-development activities with key business partners (IBM, Sun, and Oracle). Directed Proof-of-Concept projects, participated in vendor Beta programs, and coordinated performance testing efforts at IBM and Sun labs.• Deployed full-lifecycle development processes based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
