I am currently co-owner and manager of a rental property management company and a residential construction company. I also list and sell homes through Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston at their Goldsboro office. Prior to this, I managed a large residential construction company doing $8 to $10 million in annual sales for about 14 years. Prior to that I was a cost estimator in the finance department for Boeing in the commercial airplane division in the Seattle area for about 7 years. I have a strong background in both accounting and finance.I have a North Carolina General Contractor's License and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License both of which are current and active.I have been president of both the Goldsboro / Wayne County Association of Realtors (2007) and of the Goldsboro / Wayne County Home Builder's Association (2010 & 2011). I have also been voted Realtor of the Year (2007) and Home Builder of the Year (2010).I also have extensive computer skills. I am extremely proficient using Windows and many, many software packages, particularly Microsoft Office Software and especially Excel.I have created websites from the ground up for several companies and have gotten all of these websites to rank at or near the top of the search engines for relevant searches. For the past several months I have also been learning PHP programming and an in the process of developing a very detailed web based application using PHP and a MySQL Database along with HTML, CSS and a little Javascript and JQuery.I have set up computer networks doing everything from running network cabling and setting up hubs and routers to configuring client computers and servers.
