David is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) consultant who has over 30 years of experience as a workplace facilitator, mediator, conciliator, trainer, dispute resolution adviser and conflict coach. David has facilitated and advised in the national electricity market, tertiary colleges of residence, and was a member of the Attorney-General's National ADR Advisory Council (NADRAC). He was formerly Assistant Commissioner for Equal Opportunity in Victoria, and has held senior management positions with the Victorian Accident Compensation Conciliation Service.David provides tailored training workshops in conflict management, mediation and facilitation skills and conducts conflict resolution coaching for managers. He has assisted communities, organisations and business teams to identify key issues facing them and make decisions on future actions.
