My business success philosophy is based on mass quantities of digested information, lots of financial data and 30+ years of leading teams in business. Founders rarely have time to focus on the structural and systemic issues facing their enterprise. They are busy driving the bus. Founders are usually sales leaders, technical experts or pure visionaries. I monitor trends, read and retain information regarding the strategy and execution of business planning and translate that to the operating environment. The people on a team who do the integration and execution (most often the finance and operations team) are not often prepared to keep up with the founder. That is why CFOs are valuable. We develop the plan, integrate the plan and execute the plan. We make the sausage. I am a curious, collaborative and entrepreneurial business leader with extensive commercial finance, start-up and accelerated growth experience. I am also a voracious reader and investigator of new technologies and ways to solve business challenges. At my core, I am an emotionally aware communicator, relationship developer and advocate for life-long learning. And I only work with enlightened, fun, high-energy people.
