Manager, Systems Administration
Current· Manages the System Administration/IT Technician resources that maintain computer and network hardware, systems hardware, applications software, configurations, and phone systems.· Manages external service provider(s) contracted to assist with the support and maintenance of computer systems, applications, security and network configurations and telecommunications.· Manages the IT Help Desk team that supports end users with operational items: including login issues, system and hardware installations, user account maintenance and system availability; including but not limited to PC set-up and configuration and desktop support, printers, and phone system.· Assists the Systems Engineering team with the monitoring and maintenance of IT Systems and server operations including virtualization platforms, Active Directory and group policies for desktop users, devices, and services· Manages, supports, and provides technical expertise for Office 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint online, Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, Security and Compliance).· Manages the programs (e.g., Phish ER, KnowBe4) to train end users on Cyber Security awareness.· Manages Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licenses, and user management.· Utilizes expertise in Exchange Admin Center and PowerShell scripting.· Researches and evaluates new technologies, leads and participates in Tech/Systems continuous quality process improvement efforts.
