Perform HR Generalist and Interim Recruitment functions~ Provide consultation for leadership and management teams, establishing standards of work procedures~ Advise on organizational issues including assessment, diagnostics, transitional, planning, and problem solving needs~ Plan and execute field recruiting trips to major cities, seminars, career centers, conferences, and universities~ Applicant tracking, pre-employment screening and assessments, orientation, and transfer request logs~ Coordinate and verify applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks and motor vehicle checks~ Communicate with corporate management regarding employee relations ~ Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into HRIS database ~ Maintain State DFACS reports, I-9, and professional licensures database for all healthcare professionals~ Annual benefits enrollment, local and national recruitment job fairs and associate benefit fairs
