Led UX design efforts for a large Bank redesign • Project included developing new responsive screen flows for loans and new account creation as well as screens for Customer Service Reps • Coordinated activities for the user experience team including a visual designer, a content writer, and user researchers. • Completed a heuristic review of a key workflow for a start-up company developing software for staff scheduling and shift management.• Built a new interface for a physician search engine for a large Cleveland hospital.• Improved a web application for a major insurance provider. The application allowed agents to download advertising collateral for local promotions. Developed wire frame concepts that I later translated into the application.

• Recruited vendors and product for the font store Makambo.com, and grew the store to 61 vendors and 1500 in 2 years• Collaborated in the planning and executing marketing strategy, including direct marketing programs, trade shows, and online advertising• Handled all of the customer service and contact with the vendors and in some cases customers which included smoothing over delicate issues like payments, site outages, and licensing
