I am a culture focused business leader with a passion for transforming people and organisations. I tend to take a data driven and scientific approach to business - but am also extremely focused on ensuring I live life with purpose, compassion and humour.Most recently I helped scale and grow the employee care technology business, Sonder. As an early leader in an award winning Australian scale up, I had the privilege of leading various teams over a 5 year journey. Some of the highlights and key learning moments included expanding large customers, pivoting due to COVID-19, raising capital, growing the customer base to over 250+ with customers ranging from 20 users to over 200,000 users, hiring and developing talent and seeing the amazing impact the product had on both members and customers (truly life saving at times).I am passionate about helping organisations achieve their objectives through the use of innovative approaches and ensuring the teams I lead become the best professionals possible. When I look back over the past 20+ years of my career, I am filled with a huge amount of pride - but can also see the deep impact the various companies and people I have worked with have had on me. From the fundamentals at IBM, the attention to detail at KPMG, the tenacity at Salesforce - the culture and compassion at LinkedIn and most recently the adventure of something totally new at Sonder. I can't wait to see what the next big learning is with my new crew at Healthengine!
