Our main project is building an end to end product data and digital engagement platform across the entire product portfolio in order to power and accelerate GTM actvities. This involves building a data platform culture on teams that don't necessarily have a history of measuring things, rolling up my sleeves to build BI dashboard prototypes and demo them to customers and internal stakeholders, and conducting ad hoc market analysis.I've also been fortunate to be involved in the evaluation and commercialization of AI copilots for three of our products. In this role I was heavily involved in delivering Indeed's 3 year Master Data Management strategy. This included planning an improved integration between homegrown systems, Marketo, and Salesforce and planning the future of Indeed's account hierarchies. I collaborated closely with technology and Sales leadership to thread the needle between making the right long-term decisions and demonstrating value within the first year.

I managed a team of PMs who build the lead intake, enrichment, and distribution platform for Indeed's global sales organization. This team builds all of the entity resolution and routing systems to support thousands of team members in Indeed's Global Sales Organization in working millions of leads per year to meet Indeed's growth and revenue goals. This included setting up manu-mation systems, deploying and iterating on lead scoring algorithms, strategic alignment, and overhauling data pipelines.Major achievements: • Delivered 20% more revenue per lead by rolling out a new routing system to all Sales teams worldwide. • Built tools to support a contractor force to qualify and deliver leads to a new Mid-Market Sales function and scaled to 10 markets worldwide. • Launched a radical new lead delivery model for the Small Business Unit to deliver more cost-effective support to 80% of Indeed’s employer base. • Involved in mentoring graduates of Indeed’s university hiring program, and helped successfully launch 24 APM careers through mentoring, live events and curriculum development. • Increased employer resolution accuracy from 65% to 85% worldwide by rebuilding and improving Indeed’s entity resolution and account hierarchy platform.I joined Indeed to scale up the Indeed Assessments team-- this team's mission is to radically transform the screening process for employers. I PMed a blended group of I/O psychologists and engineers. Love them, hate them, or something in between-- if you applied to a job on Indeed after 2019 you probably took one of these!Major achievements: • Grew completed assessment volume 10x YoY by integrating into the SMB and Jobseeker products. • Deployed product analytics (Mixpanel + in-house), and improved employer usage of the product through impactful A/B tests based on detailed analysis. • Scaled the assessment library from 15 to 200+ with in-house Ops and contract SMEs. • Internationalized into 17 markets.

At Main Street Hub I was the first external Product hire handling everything, but ultimately I was responsible for Data and Growth Product Strategy as the team grew and diversified. Major achievements: • Designed and rolled out a data warehousing and analytics solution for sales leaders. • Launched 4 high-performing people into Product careers by running an internal internship program. • Developed a lead scoring algorithm and a lead acquisition product to source high-potential leads from publicly-available data sources. This was the engine that powered company growth in 2016 and 2017. • Enabled Enterprise business by rebuilding the signup process from the ground up. • Rolled out a major overhaul to the company's pricing model in close partnership with Sales leadership. • Combined Twitter’s GNIP's Powertrack product) with a proprietary ML system and CMS to power high-relevance marketing outreach. • Helped engineering team win 5 out of 6 company hackathon awards.Sold to GoDaddy in 2018 for $175MM, with the product now offered as GoDaddy Social.

Launched the next-generation data platform, leveraging Cassandra and Elasticsearch. This project unlocked the power of the Bazaarvoice network by fully connecting retailer and manufacturer data. Served as Product Owner & Scrum Master on multiple concurrent agile development teams of 2-15 members each. • Developed platform roadmap to support internal workflows for Fortune 500 clients, including Walmart, Samsung, & American Express. • Lived through an IPO, an acquisition, a DOJ lawsuit, and a divestment.

My major project in this role was overseeing the development and launch of a new content management system for the core "Product Ratings and Reviews" product that coordinates the annual processing of over 6 billion characters of natural-language text in 30 languages. This system was built on AWS using an ember.js frontend (which seemed like a good idea at the time) and a spring MVC backend, and utilizes a lot of cool AWS technologies such as SWF. I directed the work of a team of 5 engineers and one designer during this project.I also directed a team of 3 data scientists to implement a machine learning system in order to scale our text processing capabilities more efficiently. This system was crucial to the company's expansion and remained a critical piece of the platform after the company re-privatized and sought efficiencies of scale (several years after my departure).

Launched device fingerprinting, fraud detection technology to support the Content Authenticity initiative.

My major project in this role was conducting the needs assessment and building the business case for a complete overhaul of the technology Bazaarvoice used to moderate and structure the incoming text content for their core "Product Ratings and Reviews" product.

I solved a variety of operational challenges in this role. I transitioned the Content Operations team (supporting the "Product Ratings and Reviews" product) away from relying on reports generated on a daily basis via Microsoft Excel to accessing the same data via a web front-end. I wrote all of the perl ETL scripts to populate this new application's database and coded the front end in the PHP Codeigniter MVC framework using AWS cloud computing resources. This application eventually became a full-featured BI tool serving the needs of over 300 internal users and admins and serves over half a million impressions per month.Aside from this, I also performed capacity modeling and demand forecasting for a 200-person operations team.

I worked part-time at the library during college and transitioned into a back-office role after graduation. I performed reporting and analysis for a busy suburban library system. Projects included building shapefiles in the city's ArcGIS system, making maps to identify pockets of non-English-speaking populations in order to allocate foreign language materials, and forecasting foot traffic to allocate staff among 5 library branches. I also assisted with the preparation of state and federal grants, including the NEA "Big Read" program.
