I have executed over £800m of transactions in the UK and internationally. I work with high growth technology and SaaS companies that have received PE investment or are undertaking a series A-D fundraise or transaction. I have over 20 years' experience working with high growth businesses and delivering successful exits as an advisor and CFO. I help companies grow by developing strategy and maturing their teams, reporting, processes and systems. Common challenges for tech businesses include driving ultra high growth in recurring revenue, managing costs and scaling efficiently. I have a strong mergers and acquisitions background and a well established private equity network as a former Director at PwC and investment banker. I am expert in company sales and investment processes including strategic positioning, negotiation, investor presentations, financial modelling and due diligence.I have also taken the almost obligatory ‘right of passage’ in tech and co-founded and successfully exited a tech-enabled renewables startup.
