With a track record of successfully incubating and scaling new businesses, DC led the industry-leading profitable growth of Mindtree as the CEO and Managing Director prior to taking on the current role. Before Mindtree, DC spent more than two decades at NASDAQ-listed Cognizant, with varying roles of increasing responsibility, with his last role as President of Digital Systems & Technology and Head of Global Delivery. He was instrumental in laying the foundation of Cognizant's Banking & Financial Services business, growing it to be the largest industry vertical within Cognizant.DC has served twice as a member of the Executive Council at NASSCOM, the apex industry association body for the ~$250 billion technology industry in India.
