After graduating in Advertising, I started my career as a marketing analyst at a bank in the late 1990s. At the time, few people dealt with digital communications, so I followed this path, and my career focused on online advertising. I worked with web design content management, and in the early 2000s, I became an information architect. I designed Internet Banking and the BCN and Bradesco websites, in addition to helping to create the first Brazilian e-commerce marketplace, ShopFácil.Subsequently, I embarked on a nearly decade-long journey in digital agencies, where I led and contributed to projects for Santander, Vivo, Pernambucanas, Sul América and Net. My role as a User Experience Designer allowed me to not only contribute but also lead these projects. In 2008, I transitioned back to a 'client' role at Itaú, where I focused on enhancing the customer experience on digital channels.In 2021, I joined the Publicis Group through the One Digital agency, working on Bradesco's digital projects as director of customer experience and technology. Today, I am Head of One.Bra is an exclusive unit for Bradesco within Leo Burnett (one of the largest agencies in the world), with 90 dedicated employees.
