CurrentAs the leader of Human Resources, responsibilities include overseeing the overall human resources function for the entire firm. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s human resources strategies and programs, including succession planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, leadership coaching and development, change management, training, talent management, employee relations handling, diversity initiatives, performance management. Responsible for establishing long-range human resource strategies and practices for the organization to meet specific business objectives. Ensures business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirement globally to minimize risk to the organization.
