Dina is Vice President of Employee Benefits at Pinnacle Brokers Insurance & Consulting providing employee benefit solutions and Affordable Care Act consulting services to privately held companies in a variety of industries including medical offices, surgery centers, construction, and professional services. Her understanding of benefits and desire to maximize employee’s medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage while minimizing her client’s financial impact has made her a valued partner to her clients throughout her fifteen year plus career in employee benefits. She is well versed in self-funded, partial/level self-funded and traditional types of medical/dental coverage thus offering her client a variety of options.Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2014, Dina spent over 14 years as VP of Employee Benefits at Granite Professional Insurance Brokers in Pleasanton. Dina also had a successful management career for 12 years at Aramark Inc. Dina is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, California Association of Health Underwriters and the American Dietetic Association. She is a Registered Dietitian and a licensed Health and Life agent. In addition, Dina is an instructor at Las Positas Community College and also active in many community organizations including serving on the Board of Directors at Shepherd’s Gate women’s shelter. An avid runner and cyclist, Dina also enjoys many outdoor activities including back packing and water skiing.
