· Manage the day to day operations of 26+ teams based all around the state for Voice and Paging Systems· Service Management including stakeholder and business engagement· Hardware and software application life cycle management· Change management· Major incident management· Problem management· Capacity management· Release management· Vendor Management and Engagement· Internal and external service provider management including a state-wide support contract for all telephone systems and emergency messaging infrastructure and end user device
