I led all marketing and product management functions of this CX SaaS provider. Vovici was one of the leading pioneers in the Enterprise Feedback Management space and provided solutions to help companies engage customers, employees and partners to increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn and drive loyalty. In July of 2011 Vovici was acquired by Verint® Systems.

I joined Fortisphere in August of 2007 as Chief Marketing & Product Officer tasked with launching the company into the into the virtualization management space.

I joined e-Security in August of 2003 as Vice President of Product Management. I established structure for customer interaction, product scoping, requirements development and solution commercialization resulting in the launch of Sentinel 5 and associated solution business packs. Sentinel 5 provided organizations technology to automate and enforce incident identification that affected the businesses security or compliance posture.In April 2006 Novell acquired e-Security.

I joined the SilentRunner organization to build both a Product Management and Marketing organization, establish a market footing, and position the company for acquisition. During my tenure I split my time between product and market strategy. The business was eventually sold to CA.

Established a Product Management team and delivered productized services that were sold on a recurring revenue basis. During my tenure, TruSecure grew from $2M to over $50M and my team helped launch five new product offerings. Responsibilities included product definition, lifecycle planning/evolution, business case creation, competitive analysis, pricing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and interdepartmental interface.
