Identify, acquire, maintain and divest assets, negotiate agreements, analyze partner agreements for new drill, workover and recomplete programs, obtain drill locations, manage rigs, perpetuate leasehold interests, comply with, facilitate capital expenditure budgets (TX, LA, UT)• Prepare sites, coordinate with multi-disciplinary functions to maintain new and workover rig schedules• Evaluate offline wells, determine actions, coordinate with functions to perpetuate leasehold• Request and monitor capital expenditures for AFE budgets, track payout and partner elections• Negotiate partner agreements (JOA, farm-in/out, assignments), maintain compliance with same• Identify unleased lands, determine title to leasehold, mineral and surface estates• Obtain and maintain private ownership, BIA and BLM leaseholds• Review title opinions for curative actions, coordinate with legal for high-risk defect issues• Build estimated decks for WI, NRI, ORI, unleased interests and partner participation• Analyze lease calendars, make recommendations to perpetuate or expire leasehold interests• Evaluate land positions, utilize GIS to prepare and ensure accuracy of plats, competitor maps• Prepare plats for regulatory and filings• Package assets for acquisition and divestiture, prepare and attend data rooms and clearinghouseLeadership & Special Projects• Serve on committee to standardize the JOA for the entire land organization • Review leasehold for complex provisions impacting rig schedule• Provide to management the number of rigs required to perpetuate leasehold post-primary term• Manage and maintain landman rig assignments and schedule• Coordinate with operations to prioritize new drills and workovers• Obtain, supervise and manage broker crews to cure defects
