Carlos Lee has extensive experience in marketing, deal making, and entrepreneurship, having launched four successful businesses and acquired six companies for himself as well as for his employers.His marketing experience includes serving as CMO for two consumer finance companies on the East Coast and a boutique management consulting firm in Utah. He has extensive experience in the credit card industry including the first to market the reward miles card that earns points to redeem for free travel on any airline and working with MasterCard to create the World MasterCard product. His deal making skills were first developed when working for Carlson where he negotiated and acquired three travel companies in the US and one UK travel conglomerate. While at Carlson, he also launched two successful new businesses in the credit card industry. While working for IBM, he forged marketing partnership agreements with Bose and Lexmark, among many others.In 2002, Carlos founded Asset Protection Consulting Group. In this business he consulted with numerous wealthy individuals and business owners. He used trusts, corporations, LLCs, and FLPs to structure their assets to protect them from potential lawsuit liabilities or to get them out of troubled situations. He subsequently acquiring a web-based business that he’s still operating currently. This web-based business matches human tissue donors with recipients for a fee. He also developed and taught university level courses for over three years. Courses taught included Business Information Systems, Business Fundamentals, Economics, Leadership and Problem Solving, Group Dynamics, and Conflicts & Negotiations, among others.Mr. Lee earned an MBA from Brigham Young University, a bachelor’s degree in business management and an associate’s degree in computer science from Brigham Young University – Hawaii. He is certified in Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
