Realización de auditorías, evaluación de proveedores para revisar el buen desempeño.• Alianzas estratégicas: Análisis de consumos por categorías de materiales comprados, licitaciones y negociación con proveedores para obtener establecer acuerdos con los mejores precios, con las mejores condiciones para garantizar un abasto oportuno.• Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad: Apoyo directo para el establecimiento, realización y seguimiento de los procesos de compras, realización de formatos y anexos para la implementación del SGC ISO-TS16949.• Auditor interno: Apoyo en la realización de auditorías internas. To buy services and reparations.· To analyze the costs and quality of the parts, lead time, delays and quality of theservices. To do meetings with the vendors in order to feed back them, show them theiropportunity areas.· To analyze annual and monthly consumption in order to identify the most used itemsand establish the correct max and min values. Always looking for the optimum stock.

· Responsible of the purchasing of spare parts for fuel and diesel trucks. To buy tools andrepair services. To create purchase orders in the Oracle ERP and follow the orders untilthe warehouse incoming. To buy indirect items for the good working of the workshop(Hardware, articles of cleanliness, electrical material, uniforms, medicaments,· To analyze the prices and quality of the products. To review the delivery time, delaysand service quality.· Experience in cyclical counts, inventory, Min – Max planning, Consignment inventory,locators applying. To supervise inputs and outputs in the warehouse. To managepeople.· To do the certification and maintenance planning, request quotation and choose thebest option, follow the plan and do the progress reports..

· Material Analyst: To do the stress tests, hardness test and impact tests.· Uncertainty calculus: To help in the uncertainty calculus for all the tests done in thelaboratory.
