Responsible for OEM Customers, mainly producing equipment for HORECA and supermarkets, with a total of 130+ customers. 5 direct reports.Setting and executing the commercial strategy for the Region EMEA and ensuring the expected result in term of turnover, profitability and market share.

Supporting Italian Companies interested in doing business with US, providing help to create local operation. Activity done in connection with an American partner Company.

Responsible to reach sales goals and for the global coordination of sales of the whole Eltek Group.Defined, in close cooperation with the engineering and operation management, the roadmap to reach the Company goals.Developed the sales structure and methods to increase efficiency. Direct management of a team of 21 people.Followed directly the relation with strategic customers and taken part in the most important and complex negotiations (definition of long term supply contracts).

Responsible of the accomplishment of the sales targets related to household appliances field.Followed the existing customers and developed new markets to guarantee the Company profit.

Responsible for development of customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Main customers in the household appliance field (like Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte and Miele) and in the automotive field (in particular Robert Bosch Group).
