I specialise in commercial dispute resolution, focusing on property and contract disputes. I have extensive experience of advising clients on a wide range of contentious property and contractual matters, such as claims arising from property contracts, landlord and tenant disputes and title issues, having acted for a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors, including developers, housebuilders, commercial landlords and tenants, local authorities and individuals.I also have extensive experience of advising on dispute resolution options and strategy, as well as conducting litigation in the courts (including the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and the Lands Tribunal for Scotland) and representing clients in arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations.
