He also supported BD activities for International C4I pursuits; this included performing a 2-month site survey of all Saudi MoD C4I sites.Mr. Blanch began his career at Raytheon Company in 1990. He served as Chief Engineer (CE) for the Raytheon Taiwan Patriot program. He & his team were responsible for successfully interfacing Patriot and the SRP Missile Warning Centers to the Taiwan C4I network, Po Sheng. He supported $2.5B in Taiwan bookings and the pursuit of $1B in HAWK XXI upgrades. Mr. Blanch also served as the CE for the Korea Patriot Program. Before that, he was Engineering Manager, Saudi Arabian (SA) Programs; he was responsible for managing all technical aspects of the SA programs. He was also their C4I SME. He served as Capture Manager for >$1.5B of Patriot Config 3 upgrades and >$900M of the SANG Surface Launched AMRAAM System.Mr. Blanch joined Raytheon as a Systems Engineer and held various positions of increasing responsibility.
