My career over the years has been primarily in multifamily ground-up construction. In the course of my history, I have developed and built thousands of apartments and condominiums. In that time I have spent 32 years with two employers.My experience begins with the entitlement process, followed by hiring all necessary consultants needed to obtain all required state/local reviews, approvals and permits. Once value-engineering has been accomplished I commence negotiating/contracting trades to perform the work, followed by overseeing the entire construction process including hiring/managing the field personnel through the completion of buildings and projects in a timely manner.I have such an extensive knowledge of so many different, yet complimenting means and methods in residential construction that enable me to provide leadership and mentoring for a team of individuals to meet my employer's objectives. I am highly motivated to provide the best in the quality of the work, while driving projects to meet aggressive timelines. I enjoy the creative process from putting a project on paper with consultants then managing the staff to a completed, move-in ready state with a most appealing exterior presentation. I have worked in varying capacities along the way, having experience in doing it all independently to delegating and managing over 35 employees.
