I have a creative and problem-solving mindset and am accustomed to working in a multidisciplinary environment with various stakeholders, which enables me to recognize and address conflicts and roadblocks early on and resolve them effectively.During my 12-year tenure as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Incitement, I've held various C-Level positions, allowing me to hone a broad skillset ranging from general management, Product Development, Tech and DevOps, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. Having worked on various large-scale multinational Corporate Social Responsibility- and Sustainability projects with clients such as Pepsico, BP, L'Oreal, FedEx, HSBC, and more, as well as government tenders for public-private-partnerships with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Youth & Sports, I've acquired significant exposure to working on complex projects with diverse stakeholders. In March 2020, we successfully sold 35% of Incitement to Fusionex Group, then Malaysia's largest big data company. Unfortunately, today, Fusionex Group is entangled in a corporate dispute with Hitachi, which acquired Fusionex Group in April 2020. As a result of this, Incitement is currently no longer operational until further notice. Prior to founding Incitement, I held a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Mindvalley, a leading e-learning company, and have worked as a freelance Digital Marketer & Copywriter with a variety of clients. Today, while I wait to start a new, exciting position as a Busines Consultant at Ciratum, I work on growing Koekoek Kinderboek, a Dutch publisher of educational children's books, and have taken on a role as Advisor for Webfluentia, a software development startup based out of Thailand, supporting its management team in identifying new opportunities and formulating digital strategies for its network of clients.
