David is a software engineer and architect proficient in all aspects of development, from product definition and prototyping, through coding and testing, to the enhancement and maintenance of production systems. His experience in a variety of industries and technical platforms provides a foundation for his more recent work in R&D and product development with Innovation Transformers, The Sperry Group, and others.David offers an uncommon mix of strong technical skills and a deep understanding of user experience. This leads to dynamic collaborations with business experts, engineers and graphic and industrial designers. The results are products that are innovative and even disruptive yet always fit the client's needs.Before starting Chasework, David was a key engineer and project leader building analytical tools at Moody's Investors Service, a large-scale web publishing platform at News Corporation and one of the first social networking sites: SixDegrees.com. With Chasework, he has developed products for health care, law enforcement, financial services, food service, education and retail. These include applications incorporating the Web, the desktop, mobile devices, and sensor networks.He studied at Yale University before transferring to Hampshire College, where he earned a B.A. in Film/Video.
