I have been a senior leader in schools for nearly 15 years and have a proven track record of significant school improvement. I am passionate about providing high quality education for all young people through strategic leadership and development of staff. I believe that all adults working in schools need and are entitled to ongoing CPD to ensure they are able to do the job to the best of their ability. I have excellent and current knowledge and understanding of what effective teaching and learning is as well as understanding the challenges of modern school leadership.
