As an independent representative of sustainable lighting and controls products, I service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. I service my accounts by providing product and application training and recommendations.

As an RSM I report directly to the National Sales Manager. My primary responsibility is to meet a sales quota by assisting sales representatives. I do this through product training, territory visits to include joint sales calls, project tracking and price negotiations. I also provide feedback on industry trends, representative performance and competitive requirements.
