Manage the Google Workspace instance for NC State University consisting of over 100,000 active accounts, and maintain integrations and tooling between our Identity Management platform and Google, as well as systems administration of the infrastructure that supports them. Provide support for the expansive ecosphere of Google Cloud services, and coordinate training and collaboration in both Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.

Provide maintenance and continuous improvement to legacy applications written in Zend Framework, two of which are major university systems of record, as well as development expertise in modern frameworks and technologies. Spearhead transition from on-premise to cloud infrastructure for hosting and development of web-based applications, specifically Google Cloud Platform. Organize networking opportunities for developers on campus and promote the use of cloud infrastructure and technologies in the Raleigh developer community. Led multiple teams of interns through end-to-end development of applications in a variety of technologies in support of department and university goals.- Migrated Go Links, NC State's link shortening service, from Zend to Laravel.- Revamped the Student Dining Application from jQuery to VueJS- Successfully implemented multiple microservice applications leveraging App Engine Standard, Cloud SQL, Cloud Endpoints, Cloud Functions in GCP- Developed a real-time intramural sports scoring reporting/distribution tool using Firebase, Cloud messaging, enabling thousands of students to keep tabs on their favorite teams and sports

Web design and development primarily focused in Wordpress, PHP, and Javascript providing bespoke functionality to campus departments, faculty and staff. Provide consultation for modernizing business process around best practices for managing web content. Lead training sessions in basic and advanced wordpress topics, and provide ongoing support for clients in NC State's Hosted Wordpress and blogging environments.

Contributed to several departmental projects using a variety of technologies including PHP and Javascript. Developed a small in-house asset management system to assist with equipment upkeep. Also created and maintained numerous WordPress websites for research faculty and staff within the ECE department, and offered follow-up consultation.

Coordinate and facilitate vendor sponsorship and involvement with UNC CAUSE. UNC CAUSE is a group formed in 1970 by the computing centers of the 16-campus University of North Carolina for the purpose of promoting cooperation and information exchange between the campuses of the UNC System in all areas related to information technology.
