We are a small team dedicated to delivering high quality software and support to Local Governments across the UK. I am but a small cog in that team.

I have a senior role reporting to the Director of Software Engineering ensuring Volo applications meet the rigours of eBay's various APIs, MySQL, JDBC, POJOs etc with specialisations in customer on-boarding, eBay Vehicle Compatibility and eBay Business Policies.

I lead an agile team of three developers and one tester to develop, merge and test production eCommerce software. My knowledge extends to eBay Trading and LMS APIs, MySQL and other eCommerce practices.

Developing eCommerce software in Java using Swing, Reflection, RMI, JDBC and MySQL also JSF, EJBs, Hibernate and Oracle.

Writing J2EE applications using Agile techniques, JSF2 (Primefaces), Oracle, JBoss, ANT, Hibernate, Hudson, SQL, Metro WS, JUnit, Subversion, Centos and Windows XP.I think it is fair to say the team exceeded the customer's expectations.

I have written various applications mostly in Java and C with some Assembler and C++. I have an interest in all things Java including Glue web services, XMPP, JSP, Regex, Email, SMS, Mobile Phone Apps and DTMF. I also have an interest in other useful languages including C#, PHP, RUBY and VHDL.
