Residential capital campaign counsel and fund development in North America

Directed a $4 million capital campaign to purchase and renovate 30 units of housing for very low income families in Dane County, WI.

Directed a capital campaign in Georgetown County, SC, to fund a building for a new branch of the YMCA of Coastal Carolina. The campaign has topped $5.8 million. Ground was broken at the 21-acre site in July, 2008. The facility opened in September, 2009.

Conducted a capital campaign in the Madison, WI, area, that raised more than $5 million to help the Habitat affiliate double the number of homes built each year for deserving, working families.
