Lighting Specialist
Current• Support pre and post technical sales functions and collaborate with sales team on client inquiries.• Handle Salesforce cases to consult on Lighting opportunities and recommend viable solutions• Serve as a brand ambassador for key brands• Educate sales team through group and 1:1 trainings• Create and deliver training content to Adorama Sales teams• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Managers, Quote/Bid & Technical Service Teams, Merchant and Marketing departments as well as other key channel, vendor distribution partners• Manage and maintain internal and vendor-based portals and resources to facilitate merchant and vendor communication, deal registration, and other sales/marketing-related administrative tasks• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Management and Marketing to help educate and train sales team on key trends, solutions and competitors
