During the period, I also supported the Engineering Operations team during the requirements and system design submissions and reviews. I have also performed complex engineering activities and providing advice in the field of radio frequency (RF) engineering to customers, Product Managers and Major Service Providers engineers. Additionally, I have lead stakeholder management forums representing Operations Engineering team during the testing, and maintenance of the BSS network with Major Service Providers such as Vocus, Telstra, Optus, Speedcast, Pivotel, and vendors such as Gilat and Ericsson.Upon successful launch, I managed availability and assurance and continuous improvement of BSS solution/network, along with delivery and infrastructure team, including but not limited to: -network and service management and configuration- system testing, configuration and delivery- incident, problem, and change management- case manager for escalations arising from activations and assurance- support to RSPs, end users, Service Delivery partners (SDP), and internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Project Managers, Engineering)Key achievements:♦ Reviewed and assisted in the development of Concept of Operations and presented to key stakeholders for Business Acceptance♦ Translated technical documentation and BOMs to design and build DC Track Asset Inventory Management♦ Initiated and facilitated technical refreshers to service providers engineers and account managers to address product knowledge and process gaps♦ Lead and delivered the "Knowledge Base uplift project" into Confluence and created process to efficiently audit, review and update existing engineering references and work instructions Show less
