Global leader of Micron's customer order management and Supply Chain Shared Services team. These teams are in 11 sites across the globe. These teams support the back office and the customer facing activities, acting as the face of operations and supply chain to Micron's customers and the voice of the customer into the organization. Responsibilities include external facing order management activities providing the customer with assurance of supply and pre and post-sale customer service and support.

Directing the operations of Micron's supply chain for Asia; this includes the Global Supply Management, Order Fulfillment and other support roles primarily located in Micron's centers of supply chain excellence based in Singapore and Taichung Taiwan.

Responsible for leading the Supply Chain operations supporting the Mobile Business Unit of Micron and the Japan Supply Chain operations based out of two sites in the Tokyo area. Micron's mobile business primarily supports the smartphone and tablet markets. The Japan supply chain operations organization includes Global Supply Management, Demand Management, Finished Goods Planning, Order Fulfillment, Sales and Operations Planning and New Product Introduction. While the majority of the global team is located in Japan they are augmented by a team located in Boise Idaho that manages the corporate functions and facilitates the centralized business operations including system and business planning and development activities.

Responsible for leading the Supply Chain team members in Italy regarding Micron Supply Chain processes, systems, and organization. The Italy team was based in two sites and supported a variety of supply chain operations functions primarily Order Fulfillment, Demand Management, Global Supply Management and New Product Introduction teams.Led the team through a restructuring effort that eventually transitioned the efforts of the Italian supply chain operations to locations more efficiently aligned to Micron's global operations. This was accomplished without disrupting the business operations and required the development and execution of complex transition plans and an uncertain work environment in Italy.

Leading the Supply Chain Network design and implementation for Micron Technologies, this includes the integration of the Numonyx acquisition into this network.

Managed the team that implemented and facilitates the capital business processes for Micron and its ventures. This requires colloboration between partners across the entire enterprise. These included procurement, operations planning, engineering, facilities and the global manufacturing sites. This includes the budgeting process, the evaluation of used (2nd sourced) capital alternatives and ensuring the appropriate technical and financial justifcation had been completed prior to funding any capital. Also our team facilitates the execution of an efficient asset management methodology that maximizes the useful life of existing equipment and the disposal value for end of life equipment. Simply put, we reduce capital expenditures and preserve cash so that Micron and its ventures can be competive today and in the future.

Semiconductor wafer fab capital and resource planning specifically supported the manufacturing site selection and dry etch resource planning for IM Flash's Singapore factory. Oversaw the overall capital asset management process for IM Flash's factory network across Utah, Virginia and Singapore.

Multiple roles across the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process, initially as an operator and technician roles but the majority of it in operations planning and manufacturing management.

Acted as a liaison between the US Army special operations command, local US Army Command and indigenous population during military activities. This included advice and support on intercultural communication, dislocated civilian camps, leveraging local populace to provide logistical support.
