Section lead for interactive, high-intensity Strategic Business Communications course.

I coached dozens of BCG consulting staff - from junior Associates to Partners - and supported teams in openly communicating about successes and challenges to enable effective teaming. I served as a mentor to other coaches and also designed and implemented the first-ever training on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Coaching@BCG team coaching program.

My role at Alliance included leadership on organizational strategy, internal communications, data & systems, and work toward racial equity. I led the cross-functional budgeting, enrollment, strategic planning, and talent planning process for Alliance’s Home Office departments and 28 schools. With an amazing team, I also developed the vision and strategy for more efficient, accurate, actionable data management and reporting systems, and led the data and systems teams in implementing our multi-year plan. Finally, as the strategy liaison for our diversity, equity, and inclusion working group, I worked with an incredible group of experienced racial equity leaders to advance our organization-wide work toward antiracism.

Led successful cross-departmental RFP for a new "virtual mentor" candidate relationship management system to enable the LAPD to recruit talented, diverse officers from a field of ~10,000 applicants per year.

Led internal strategy projects with business units (e.g., local eCommerce product strategy, cooperative marketing, and health clinic operations) and corporate functions.

While at BCG, my project experience focused on strategy and organizational design in the healthcare and consumer goods industries. I also served in recruitment leadership roles for the Chicago office and African-American / LGBTQ+ candidates.

TA for core graduate course on modern and contemporary landscape architectural theory.

I investigated high-profile allegations of police misconduct ranging from discourtesies to police-involved shootings and co-managed a team with a docket of ~300 active investigations.
