Provide technical assistance to the Drummond customer to improve OTR tyre performance and reduce tyre operating costs.• Inspect daily removed OTR tyres from mine equipment to assess causes of failure and take effective actions.• Establish failure causes of scrapped OTR tyres for warranty adjustment.• Coordinate preventive and corrective reparations in the vulcanizing shop to save OTR tyres from scrap and increase tyre performance.• Conduct a monthly site severity audit to analyze operating conditions that affect tyre performance.• Assist Kal Tire sales manager in monitoring tyre performance and product quality of tyres sold by Kal Tire.• Execute a monthly Vbox study to analyze factors that have an impact on tyre performance such as speeds, lateral forces, accelerations, TKPH.• Supported Bridgestone USA team to resolve the technical issue of VRPS 40.00R57´s lack of traction.• Installed Kal Tire scale for Drummond weight study to analyze payload effects in tyre performance.• Achieved 97% average customer satisfaction in the last 3 years.
