I have worked professionally in Information Technology for more than 25 years, and have served in multiple tier 2 and tier 3 operational support and engineering positions. I have worked with and supported many operating systems from early versions of Windows through to the most modern iterations of Windows desktop and server, as well as Novell NetWare, various versions of Unix and Linux, and even OS/2. I also have experience with network operating systems such as IOS and wide experience with many desktop and server based applications.What I believe is my greatest strength and makes me a valuable associate is my capability to quickly learn and master new systems, applications, and technologies. Using this capability, I've implemented systems from zero start to full implementation, building successful systems that enable companies to secure and retain customers and grow market success, better understand their data, and modernize across the board.My extended time in the military leaves me with a can do, no matter the obstacles, attitude and a team player mentality.
