Direct engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction projects that treat natural gas and hydrocarbon liquids using cryogenic processes.• Designed, fabricated and commissioned a 16MMSCFD refinery tail gas recovery facility to capture propane and ethane using inlet gas compression, propane refrigeration and shop fabricated/field erected modules for dehydration, heat exchange and distillation to improve operational economics.• Delivered multiple chiller pressure vessels and 2,000,000 lb cold boxes for the liquefaction of natural gas for LNG export. Fabrication and erection challenges included 100% x-ray of all welds, 42" stainless steel piping and incorporation of multiple critical components from Europe.
